Warranty Coverage

HBOT Pro hyperbaric chambers include a limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

All HBOT Pro chambers and included accessories are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.

What is not Covered

✖ Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper operation

✖ Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

✖ Improper installation or use outside of manufacturer guidelines

✖ Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

✖ Normal wear and tear

What is Covered

✔ Manufacturing defects

✔ Defective components

✔ Covered replacement parts

Warranty Notice: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claims

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, please contact our support team and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will review the claim and assist with troubleshooting. Additional information may be requested to help diagnose the issue and determine warranty eligibility.

Warranty claims are subject to review and approval by HBOT Pro and/or the manufacturer. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, replacement parts or other approved remedies will be provided in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
