Warranty Coverage

All HBOT Pro hyperbaric chambers and their included accessories come with a 2-year limited manufacturer’s warranty starting on the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or professional use, subject to the exclusions below.

What's not Covered

✖ Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper operation

✖ Unauthorized modifications or repairs

✖ Improper installation or use outside of manufacturer guidelines

✖ Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance

✖ Normal wear and tear

What's Covered

✔ Manufacturing defects

✔ Defective components

✔ Covered replacement parts

Warranty Notice: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact the HBOT Pro support team and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the problem

Our team will review your claim, help troubleshoot the issue, and may ask for more information to determine whether the warranty covers it.

HBOT Pro, the manufacturer, or both will review the claim for approval. If the warranty covers the issue, replacement parts or another approved remedy will be provided under the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
