HBOT Pro currently processes orders through direct consultation. To place an order, please contact our team, and we will assist you in selecting the right chamber, reviewing availability, and coordinating the next steps.

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide updates regarding product availability, estimated delivery timelines, and shipment status.

Order Shipment

Most in-stock chambers are prepared and shipped within approximately 2 business days after order confirmation.

Once your chamber has shipped, tracking information and delivery details will be provided when available. Our team will remain available to assist with shipment updates and delivery coordination throughout the process.

Delivery Scheduling

Large equipment and chamber deliveries typically require a scheduled delivery appointment with the carrier.

If delivery is delayed due to missed appointments, refusal of shipment, or failure to respond to the carrier, additional storage, redelivery, or carrier-related charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
